Getting ready to move in.

The roof

All the roof structure is on:

The roof trusses, furring's, purlins and facia boards screwed together with hurricane clips and self-tapping coach screws.

The sisalation (the silver stuff) and isotherm (the green stuff) are fixed on to the purlins and the Kingklip 700 (the grey roof sheets) goes on top.

The garage roof all but done.

The A-frame took the longest to complete, as usual.

It took almost a whole day just to get the two valleys just right,

And finally....

..... We have a roof!

Meanwhile, the team began the flooring inside the flat.

In between everything, Darryl wired up the whole house;

Timo and Lobson stacked the left over logs on sacrificial logs so we can use them later to cut planking for bookshelves etc;

We had the 2 electric garage doors installed;

The guys worked floor-board planks;

And Darryl and Wayne started on the dry wall structure, partitioning off the bathroom and bedroom.
