The platform

Under the house in the Safari area, Steven built a platform for a permanent tent to function as an extra space for guests / Air B&B etc

  

The fence and paving.

Timo and Blessing used gum 'latte' for the fence.

We had a supply of bricks which we used for the drive-way and pavement.

Reeds

Blessing cut reeds and Timo built a partition around the safari area's out-door shower.

The garden path.

This was initially uneven, cement steps. The guys and I took out all the cement...

.... carried it uphill to the trailer to be thrown out at the dump...

... and then Blessing laid down steps - made of our log off-cuts.

I landscaped the area and planted fynbos shrubs.

Shelves

We had some old melamine shelving that we used for our 'clothing room' 

We did the same for the bathroom shelves.
